A seasoned entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience leading global businesses across various industries, including manufacturing, supply chain management, and real estate. Highly respected for strategic leadership, proven expertise in board governance, financial oversight, and international business expansion. Board Leadership Experience: Pam Finn is a dynamic leader in board governance, strategic finance, and long-term value creation. She currently serves on the Board of the Burlington Capital Multifamily Income Trust REIT and is a Managing Member of Fund VI.

Leadership and Strategic Oversight: From 2018 to 2023, Pam served as President of Business Development at Burlington Capital, where she is managing the restructuring of an outside company entity, leading a turnaround resulting in a profitable sale of entity. Her strategic leadership helped forge international partnerships and led major initiatives that positioned the firm for long-term success. Pam's ability to navigate complex markets and drive results is matched by her gift for building relationships and scaling ideas that matter. She brings the same rigor and vision to every initiative she touches.

Founder and Entrepreneur:
With over three decades of experience as a founder and operator, Pam has launched and led businesses across manufacturing, global supply chains, real estate, and AI strategy. She is the Founder of the Midwest Women Entrepreneurs Collective (MWEC)—a nonprofit redefining success for women entrepreneurs by providing education, mentorship, funding resources, and a thriving peer network. Pam was recently honored as a Groundbreaker in the Midlands Business Journal and featured in Silicon Prairie News for her work supporting women-led businesses across the Midwest.
Pam also founded Creative Enterprises Inc., an international design and manufacturing firm with offices in Hong Kong, Madrid, and the U.S. Clients included global brands such as Nike Europe, Adidas, Reebok, Champion, the NBA, and the NFL—a testament to her brand-building expertise and international leadership. Today, she also serves as the co-founder of Redefining Business Intelligence, an AI-focused consultancy helping businesses transform data into strategic advantage.

During Pam's career she has started and grown ventures in domestic and international manufacturing, real estate and has been a mentor to many startup entities both as an Angel Investor and Advisor.

After the successful sale of Creative Enterprises Inc. in 2016, Pam joined Burlington Capital, an alternative investment firm, as President of Business Development. During her tenure from 2018 to 2023, she played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s footprint both domestically and internationally. Her ability to build extensive networks and cultivate key relationships helped Burlington Capital access new markets and form critical global collaborations.

Currently, Pam serves as a Senior Advisor to the leadership team at Burlington Capital, while also playing vital roles as Managing Member of Fund VI Multifamily Real Estate, Board Member of Burlington Capital Multifamily Income Trust, and Member of the Board of the Burlington Capital Foundation.
