Pam also founded an international design and manufacturing company, Creative Enterprises Inc., in 1992 with offices in Hong Kong, Madrid, and the US with a specialization in branded athletic accessories for major sporting goods companies. These clients included Champion, Nike Europe, Adidas, Reebok, the National Basketball Association (NBA), and the National Football League (NFL).
During Pam's career she has started and grown ventures in domestic and international manufacturing, real estate and has been a mentor to many startup entities both as an Angel Investor and Advisor.

Her ability to build extensive networks and cultivate key relationships helped Burlington Capital access new markets and form critical global collaborations. Pam’s keen understanding of local market dynamics and her global perspective positioned the organization as a competitive force on the international stage.
Currently, Pam serves as a Senior Advisor to the leadership team at Burlington Capital, while also playing vital roles as Managing Member of Fund VI Multifamily Real Estate, Board Member of Burlington Capital Multifamily Income Trust, and Managing Partner at Proven Ventures.
