Founder Midwest Women Entrepreneurs Collective
Pamela Finn spent three decades building a design and manufacturing business with offices in Hong Kong, Madrid, and the U.S., serving brands including Nike, Adidas, the NFL and the NBA. When she saw the shift coming in Asia she sold ahead of it.
Today she works with a small number of women founders who have already built something real, helping them to raise institutional capital, prepare for LP diligence, and navigate the inflection points where a business changes shape.

About Pam Finn
Pam's career runs from the factory floor to the boardroom. She built Creative Enterprises Inc. into an international design and manufacturing firm selling into global sporting goods brands, sold it in 2016, and moved into real estate investment and business development at Burlington Capital. Today she advises founders and funds, and runs a nonprofit for women building companies across the Midwest.

Outside of work, Pam recently walked the Camino de Santiago, is a certified 200 hour yoga teacher, and lives in Omaha with her husband and two children.

Advisory
Pam takes on a very small number of advisory clients at any given time. Every engagement is different — some are a single strategic session, some are ongoing. What stays constant is that she works only with women who have already built something real and are ready for the next level of it.
Pam's clients come exclusively by referral. If someone whose judgment you trust sent you here, use the contact form and she will respond personally.
What Pam Works On
• Positioning a fund or investment platform for institutional capital
• Preparing for LP conversations and due diligence
• Growth strategy and pivots for scaling businesses
• Navigating exits, transitions, or significant inflection points
• Introductions and network access where Pam can genuinely open doors
Who Pam Works With
Raising Capital
Women building a fund or investment vehicle who need help positioning the platform, preparing for institutional conversations, and navigating the capital raise — from someone who has been on both sides of the table.
Scaling a proven business
Women leading post-revenue companies ready to scale, pivot, or prepare for an exit — who want a strategic thought partner with real operating experience, not a business coach.
A note on fit: Pam doesn’t work with pre-revenue startups or early-stage founders. Not because that work isn’t valuable — it’s just not where she's most useful. If that’s where you are, the MWE Collective is a better starting point.
